It has a Concave Base for unparalleled browning and can work on a Moller Fogón Enlozado or directly on any stove or heat source.
The Moller Disco Enlozado con Tapa, was designed to cook the most exquisite preparations: steaks, sausages, seafood and the most varied ingredients are simply spectacular.
Manufactured in enameled steel and with a large diameter, it has a straight flange that, together with its concavity, give it a maximum depth of 8 cm (about 3"). It also has removable legs, so it can be placed on almost any surface.
Its Lid, made of aluminum, fits perfectly on its flange, so as not to lose heat and the flavor of the preparations.
The disc is completely enameled black with white splashes (enamel of yesteryear), with a resistance greater than 800º Celsius. The white splashes allow you to see when the product needs cleaning.
Enameling is very easy to clean, it also does not rust, prevents the formation of bacteria and does not absorb odors. It is also resistant to attack by acids contained in food and withstands direct contact with fire without alteration.
