Its small size allows up to two units to be placed on a standard gas stove at the same time. So you can cook foods that require different cooking times.
The Moller Tabla Enlozada was designed with a Flat Base to be easily and safely placed on a gas stove, wood stove or any heat source.
Its finish is completely enameled black with white splashes (enamel of yesteryear), with a resistance greater than 800º Celsius. The white splashes allow to see when the product needs cleaning.
Enameling is very easy to clean, it also does not rust, prevents the formation of bacteria and does not absorb odors. It is also resistant to attack by acids contained in food and withstands direct contact with fire without alteration.
