The Moller Churrasquera Enlozada Fogón (Moller Enameled Griddle), allows you to cook delicious recipes and bring them directly to your table, a luxury!
It has a Flat Base and works on the Edges of a Moller Fogón Enlozado, covering only a third of its fire mouth, thus creating a place to prepare a griddle recipes.
It allows you to make an "asado al palo" in your Moller Asador Tridente Inoxidable con Motor and cook grilled meats or vegetables while finishing the "asado al palo", and also serves as a tray to receive the meat cuts from the "asado al palo" and keep them warm.
The Moller Churrasquera Enlozada Fogón is designed to rest and move on the Edges of a Moller Fogón Enlozado. This allows it to be completely removable for cleaning by hand or with power washing equipment. It also has built-in safety stops on its base, which prevents it from falling off the stove to avoid accidents.
Thanks to its Flat Base, it can also be easily placed on a gas stove, a wood stove, a grill or any heat source and enjoy delicious dishes cooked with the family.
Its finish is completely enameled black with white splashes (enamel of yesteryear), with a resistance greater than 800º Celsius. The white splashes allow to see when the product needs cleaning.
Enameling is very easy to clean, it also does not rust, prevents the formation of bacteria and does not absorb odors. It is also resistant to attack by acids contained in food and withstands direct contact with fire without alteration.
