The Moller Parrilla Enlozada Full (Moller Enameled Full Grill Grate) is made to prepare exquisite and varied grills for a large family.
It works on the Supports of a Moller Fogón Enlozado and covers its entire fire mouth, providing a huge cooking surface.
The Moller Parrilla Enlozada Full is simple in concept, but extremely functional. Its enameled finish is simply spectacular, as it is practically indestructible, prevents meat from "sticking" and is very easy to clean.
The Moller Parrilla Enlozada Full is designed for a manual ladder-type lifting system (raises or lowers on the stove supports, one side at a time). This allows it to be completely removable for cleaning by hand or with power washing equipment.
It has our exclusive Inverted Angle System, which prevents external spillage, makes it very easy to clean, provides perfect browning, does not cause charring of the meat and allows the sausages to rotate in the center.
Its finish is completely enameled black with white splashes (enamel of yesteryear), with a resistance greater than 800º Celsius. The white splashes allow to see when the product needs cleaning.
Enameling is very easy to clean, it also does not rust, prevents the formation of bacteria and does not absorb odors. It is also resistant to attack by acids contained in food and withstands direct contact with fire without alteration.
